Flying from Gatwick to Marsa Alam on
Wednesday 13 Aug (10.15am
departure), with a coach transfer
from the airport (only 2½ hours) to
the hotel resort – and you are just
about as far south in Egypt as you
can get !

As this is the most southerly resort
in the Red Sea directly opposite the
legendary dive sites of the Fury
Shoals, the diving is exceptional !
With regular sightings of
Whale-Sharks, Manta Rays &
Hammerheads out in the blue &
stunningly beautiful coral reefs
with an abundance of interesting
wildlife, this is probably the best
kept secret in Red Sea diving…
Previously the dive sites this far
south were restricted to LiveAboard
Safari boats, and as a result are
virtually untouched – in pristine
condition : fantastic for
photography, video filming & a
superb opportunity to view coral
ecosystem wildlife up-close and
personal !
Located south of Marsa Alam, Hamata
is an area of beauty where the
desert slowly turns a land
reminiscent of a savannah with
mangrove swamps and palm trees
lining the coast.
Situated on its own private bay the
Lahami Bay beach resort oozes
quality with its Mediterranean style
sculpted buildings and the carefully
crafted gardens and fountains to
entice you to stroll through the
grounds.
This fantastic Hotel features 4
restaurants, 5 bars, Tennis courts,
Fitness centre, Games lounge &
Library, Large swimming pool with
swim-up bar and a Kids club.
Each of the Twin rooms have quality
amenities with Air-conditioning,
Telephone, Mini-bar, Satellite TV,
Hairdryer, In-room safe & most have
Sea facing balcony or terrace.
The inclusive price covers flights,
transfers, Twin-Share accommodation,
Half-Board and a six day dive pack
for 2 dives/day – in some of the
worlds best dive sites ! The only
extras payable in resort are
national park fees, any extra dives
you want to do, lunch/drinks on the
Dive Boats (£3/day !) and of course
beer money ( £££ ??? ) !
