Here’s a chapter of my life that I never quite expected when I walked through their door at their Mote Park shop back in 2015, I just dropped in to enquire about learning to dive properly after several trips to the Red Sea and wanting to explore it further, by the time I left I’d signed up for my PADI Open Water course and that was the beginning…

My experiences with BoD has always been one of safe, enthusiastic professionalism for all aspects of sport diving in the UK and further afield around the world. The dive trips and holidays on offer are always well tailored and aimed squarely towards the ability of all taking part – the organisation and guidance on trips are second to none in my opinion.

Over the past 5 years I have progressed from recreational through to technical diving at the highest level on both Open and Closed Circuit.

Blue Ocean Diving has helped me along this journey and now I get to take my family along with me as both my wife and son have recently achieved Advance Open Water certification. This has allowed us to enjoy diving as a family on organised club trips both locally and at a number of international destinations.
